The Sirman Meat Slicer Mirra 300S is a fantastic gravity fed slicer with chromed steel blade and ventilated motor for reliable continuous use in restaurants, fast food outlets, butchers, delicatessens etc. Produces cuts up to 13mm thick. Supplied with standard blade removal tool. Non-slip feet for secure, stable placement. Ideal for foodstuffs such as salami, not suitable for frozen products or meat/fish with bones.
Designed with an integral blade sharpener, the Sirman meat slicer provides excellent reliability over time – cutting as well from day one as it will in years to come.
