The Robot Coupe Veg Prep Machine CL52 Single Speed unit allows you to slice, grate, dice and shred a huge variety of foods, vastly reducing the amount of time and energy spent manually prepping for service. Operation is fast, safe and simple, as discs (sold separately) can be swapped with ease whilst the unique handle/pusher means it’s even easier to operate in comparison to traditional pusher designs. The large hopper is able to fit an entire cabbage or lettuce, meaning higher output and less time loading.
