The unit is built from strong stainless steel throughout, the griddle is specifically designed for everyday commercial use, allowing you to reliably cook large volumes with ease – simply plug in, power up and cook.

The cooking plate itself is expertly polished for optimal heat distribution and retention – meaning even when cold meats are placed on the plate, temperature is quickly recovered, maximising the number of cooking cycles possible. And thanks to the front-mounted drain, any grease or fats are easily channelled away from the food into a handy removable fat collection drawer.
