The Lincat Silverlink 600 GS6 Electric Griddle is an ideal unit for any foodservice operation and will give outstanding results every time. As you would expect from Lincat it comes with some impressive features including a heavy-duty 12mm thick, cooking plate, the griddle provides excellent heat distribution and retention. It is also thermostatically controlled, which means that the temperature of the griddle can be maintained at a consistent level, thus preventing overcooking or undercooking.

With a generous 562 x 405mm cooking area, this 3kW countertop griddle boasts an impressive output of approximately 100 burgers per hour. Its robust stainless steel construction ensures durability and longevity, while a built-in splash guard helps prevent grease and oil from spilling.

For healthier cooking and easy cleaning, the Lincat Silverlink 600 griddle has a fat drainage channel that funnels away excess oils and grease into a removable drainer drawer. There are also no dirt traps on the griddle, so it can be easily wiped down after use.
