It is also thermostatically controlled, which means that the temperature of the griddle can be maintained at a consistent level, thus preventing overcooking or undercooking.
With a generous 405 x 412mm cooking area, this 2.7kW countertop griddle boasts a generous output of approximately 100 burgers per hour. Its robust stainless steel construction ensures durability and longevity, while a built-in splash guard helps prevent grease and oil from spilling.
For healthier cooking and easy cleaning, the Lincat Silverlink 600 griddle has a fat drainage channel that funnels away excess oils and grease into a removable drainer drawer. There are also no dirt traps on the griddle, so it can be easily wiped down after use.
