The Lincat Silverlink 600 GS9 electric griddle features are extremally impressive. This unit has been built to withstand the busiest of kitchens which need to produce high volumes. This powerful 8kW will allow you an incredible output of 290 Burgers and 190 Steaks per hour. Boasting an 862 x 405mm heavy-duty 12mm thick cooking plate, the griddle provides excellent heat distribution but also ensures superior heat retention. It comes with dual heat zones and independent controls for each side allowing chef to produce consistent food every time.

For healthier cooking and easy cleaning, the Silverlink 600 griddle has a fat drainage channel that funnels away excess oils and grease into a removable drainer drawer. There are also no dirt traps on the griddle, so it can be easily wiped down after use.
