The Lincat Silverlink 600 Fan Assisted Electric Oven V6/FD Combines excellent performance, capacity and efficiency. This Lincat oven is a great choice for the busy commercial kitchen.

Designed for everyday commercial use, the V6/FD helps you achieve the cooking results you’re looking for, thanks to simple, user friendly dial controls and effective fan assisted heating. The fan assisted design doesn’t just speed up cooking times – it also helps to keep temperatures consistent throughout the interior, reducing the likelihood of hotspots which could lead to food waste.

The spacious interior of the UK-made V6/FD offers room for up to four 2/3rd size gastronorm trays (sold separately), so there’s plenty of capacity. And as the interior is vitreous enamelled with radiused corners, it’s easy to clean as well. As a handy extra, the top mounting design is specifically made to fit other Lincat Silverlink 600 appliances, such as bains marie, griddles and grills.
