The Lincat Silverlink 600 Electric Boiling Top HT7 is perfect whether you’re boiling pasta, simmering stock or frying up steak and a fantastic solution for the professional busy kitchen.
Designed for everyday commercial use, the HT7 hob provides plenty of performance and capacity. With two 1.5kW plates alongside two 2kW plates, the Lincat gives you four independent cooking zones with precise, user-friendly dial temperature controls.
The Lincat HT7 hob features some impressive functionality – automatic power reduction shuts off heat to a hob if a pan boils dry, or if the pan is removed from the hot plate. Not only does this help reduce overall running costs – it also contributes to kitchen safety.
The hob is easy to clean too, with strong stainless steel construction throughout. In addition, the top is fully pressed and sealed, meaning food debris and spills are all kept on the top of the hob, ready for a quick wipe-down.
