The heavy duty, hard chrome The Lincat Silverlink 600 Chrome Electric Griddle GS6C is a heavy duty unit which as you would expect from Lincat boasts some impressive features which include a chrome covered dual heat zone which is thermostatically and independently controlled. This significantly reduces heat loss which reduces the power required. The removable fat drainer drawer makes it easy to clean after and in-between use whilst its attractive mirrored chrome surface makes it ideal for front of house use. The output is also impressive with this 3kW unit helping the operator keep up with demand in a very busy kitchen.
