The fryer comes with pumped filtration fitted which will vastly extend the shelf life of your oil by filtering it for reuse after each cook, saving you money on oil costs, allowing you to cook for longer whilst spending less. A highly resourceful design draws out any wasted oil down into a bucket below, allowing for a much less stressful way of emptying your waste products and debris compared to fitting a separate drainpipe elsewhere.
