The Opus 800 Griddle comes with half ribbed plates which makes short work of burgers, steaks, bacon and other meats with use of either of its two independent heat zones. These two separate areas give flexibility to your cooking options, with the added alternative of a ribbed plate to set an attractive barbecue style brand to your food. A large drain hole and collection area for excess fat reduces cleaning times, meanwhile a heightened splashguard helps avoid spillages on other kitchen surfaces.
