The Falcon FE4D Countertop Convection Oven has a capacity of 4 x 1/1 GN shelves, with 80mm between shelves. As you would expect from Falcon the unit has some great features. Easy to use digital controls, including 120 minute timer, alarm and 10 program storage. The oven door has a double glass panel with an LED internal light for easy monitoring of cooking progress. The internal glass panel can be easily removed for cleaning. The oven is supplied with a 13A plug on a 1.8m cable, making it ideal for any application, from a small café’s main oven to offering additional capacity to a larger kitchen. Fixed or mobile stands are available, while units can be easily stacked to provide twice the capacity within the same footprint.
