The Dualit Double Panini Contact Grill 96002 will be perfect for that busy breakfast and Lunchtime service. With sprung, ribbed top and smooth bottom cast-iron grilling plates, it offers excellent heat-retention properties, ensuring even and consistent cooking. Both plates are independently controlled, providing you with the flexibility to cook at separate temperatures simultaneously. There is also a heatproof handle and a removable drip tray that collects any excess grease or oil that may be released during cooking.
The Dualit panini grill 96002 can accommodate up to four paninis at one time – perfect for keeping up with demand during busier services. It has a thermostatically controlled temperature range of 50-300°C and a power output of 3.6kW.
