End of service has never been easier to clean this unit down. This Buffalo unit has a easy to use front-mounted drain tap making the cleaning down the process effortless, with no heavy lifting of pans of oil, you simply put a container underneath and open the tap. The V-shaped pan maximises the oil drained away, leaving it ready for cleaning and refilling. And when the fryer is not in use, the included stainless steel lid helps to protect the oil until the next cook.
