Even thinly-sliced meats are possible, helping you to deliver fantastic portion control to reduce costs and improve product consistency. Alternatively, the dial control allows thicker-cut meats if required – perfect for traditionally thicker meats such as gammon. Once slicing is finished, the whole unit is easy to disassemble for thorough cleaning. A high quality professional meat slicer ideal for deli counters, sandwich shops and restaurants.
