From full size baguettes to frozen pizzas, chicken to cake – this convection oven is ideal for cooking a wide variety of foods to perfection.

This powerful convection oven delivers 2.8kW of efficient performance powered by a 13A plug, which makes installing and positioning the unit easy. And, thanks to Blue Seal’s bi-directional reversing fan system, the E27M2 ensures the heat is circulated evenly for the best cooking results.

The E27M2 comes in a stylish stainless-steel finish and features dual energy-efficient halogen lamps for clear illumination of your cooking. The vented Safe-Touch door reduces the heat being absorbed or transferred to the glass panel.

The Blue Seal E27M2 is designed to reduce cleaning and maintenance time with its easy-clean glass door system. The interior of the oven also features a vitreous enamelled coating that is quick and easy to clean compared to stainless steel liners.

Designed for safe use, the Turbofan oven is equipped with a stay-cool handle and the unit’s anti-skid feet prevent unwanted movement. It’s user-friendly with a simple to operate mechanical thermostat and manual 60m timer.
