Delivery Terms

Standard delivery will be kerbside Only. Delivery will not include unpacking, installing, positioning or taking away old units, unless stated on order.

Deliveries to be unpacked and checked for damage before accepting goods to be in good condition by signing for them by the Courier. If the Courier will not wait, goods must be signed as damaged or refused. Any signatures stating unchecked for example will not be grounds for any claims.

Any claims for damages have a strict 12 hour reporting policy. Please see our Terms and Conditions. If reporting any damage on delivery, please send an email with details and photos to sales@archcateringsupplies.co.uk.

Any claims for damage after 12 hours of delivery will not be considered by Arch Catering and Refrigeration Ltd.

All orders placed will be confirmed with an Order Acknowledgment and Receipt. The Acknowledgment form will state details for acceptance of a delivery.

Items purchased via the website showing ‘Next Day Delivery’. Delivery times are between 07:00am – 18:00 pm Monday – Friday.

Extended leadtimes will be shown alongside the product. Extended leadtimes will be due to units being shipped from the manufacturer. Leadtimes can be subject to change.

We will contact you to confirm a delivery date. Delivery of Catering Equipment will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises as well as ensuring that the Carrier has sufficient access to complete the delivery. Arch Catering and Refrigeration Ltd cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit or if the carrier is unable to deliver. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility and may incur an additional cost.

You will need to be in to sign for your delivery. Delivery times are between 07:00 to 18:30.

For parcels exceeding 30kg in weight, our carriers will require assistance when delivering to your premises.

*Some deliveries include unpacking and positioning of your catering equipment and the delivery team will also take away any unwanted packaging. Please ask the Sales department before ordering.
